Protective Packaging

The lamp is securely packaged to help protect the stained-glass shade and decorative base during transport. Please unpack each component carefully and retain the original packaging until the lamp has been assembled and inspected.

Care Instructions

Dust the shade and base gently with a clean, soft cloth. If additional cleaning is required, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface immediately.

Avoid abrasive materials, ammonia-based products and harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the glass surface, metal finish or solder lines.

A slight oily residue may occasionally be present on a newly handcrafted shade. This is a protective treatment used during production to help preserve the soldered finish and can be gently removed with a soft, dry cloth.

Because every shade is assembled by hand, minor variations in glass colour, texture, translucency, solder lines and pattern placement are expected. Small bubbles, fine lines and subtle surface irregularities are natural characteristics of stained art glass rather than manufacturing faults.

Lighting conditions, bulb colour temperature and surrounding décor may also influence how the shade appears in photographs and in your home. These individual variations ensure that every lamp has its own distinctive character.
