Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Product Description

A continuous band of dragonflies surrounds the shade, each featuring a vivid red glass body and intricately pierced metal wings. Warm amber, honey gold, olive green and creamy white glass form a softly layered background, producing a rich and welcoming atmosphere when illuminated.
Intricate Dragonfly Design
The dragonflies are the defining feature of this lamp. Their finely patterned metal wings sit over the illuminated glass, allowing warm light to shine through the delicate openings and reveal the detailed wing structure.
Red glass bodies provide a vivid contrast against the amber background, while rounded glass cabochons in red, amber and pale gold add texture and sparkle. The repeated dragonfly pattern creates a balanced composition around the entire shade rather than presenting the design on only one side.
A Warm and Refined Colour Palette
The upper section of the shade features creamy white glass arranged in an elegant petal-like pattern. Below it, variegated amber and olive-green panels create a warm transition towards the dragonfly border.
When switched off, the glass displays deeper shades of olive, amber and cream, while the metal wings have a rich antique-bronze appearance. Once illuminated, the original colours become brighter and warmer: the cream glass develops a soft golden glow, the amber panels become more luminous, and the red accents appear richer.
The colours do not change completely when the lamp is switched on; illumination simply reveals more depth, texture and variation within the glass.
Handcrafted Stained-Glass Shade
Each piece of genuine stained art glass is individually selected and shaped before being wrapped in fine copper foil and soldered together by hand using the traditional Tiffany-style technique.
Dark solder lines define the glass pattern and complement the detailed metal wings. Natural variations in colour, texture and translucency are part of the handcrafted process, giving every finished lamp its own individual character.
Ornate Sculpted Base
The shade is supported by a tall, fluted metal base with an antique bronze-toned finish. Floral detailing around the broad foot continues the nature-inspired theme, while the substantial construction creates a stable and well-balanced foundation.

Protective Packaging
The lamp is securely packaged to help protect the stained-glass shade, decorative metalwork and base during transport. Please unpack each component carefully and retain the original packaging until the lamp has been fully inspected.
Care Instructions
Dust the shade and base gently with a clean, soft cloth. A soft brush may be used carefully to remove dust from the detailed metal wings. If required, wipe the glass with a slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately.
Avoid abrasive materials, ammonia-based products and harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the glass finish, solder lines or metal detailing.
A slight oily residue may occasionally be present on a newly handcrafted shade. This protective finishing treatment can be gently removed with a soft, dry cloth.
Please Note
Small bubbles, fine lines, slight colour variations and minor differences in soldering are normal characteristics of genuine handcrafted stained glass. These features are not faults; they reflect the traditional manufacturing process and make every lamp unique.
